The Lenze g500-H is a sturdy helical gearbox for general machine building. It tolerates high radial forces on the output shaft, offers closely graded ratios and keeps backlash low, so the drive can be matched accurately to the speed and load of the machine.
The series spans 3 to 14,000 Nm and motor powers from 0.12 to 55 kW. Two-, three- and four-stage versions reach ratios of up to i = 3240, and the fine grading of sizes and torques allows an optimum fit without oversizing.
Market-standard shaft dimensions and standardised flanges make integration into existing machine designs straightforward, while high efficiency keeps energy losses in the gearbox low.
Features
High radial load capacity
High permissible radial forces let the output shaft carry belt, chain or pinion loads reliably.
Finely graded sizes and ratios
Closely stepped torques and ratios allow the gearbox to be sized precisely for the machine.
Standard interfaces
Market-standard shaft dimensions and standardised flanges simplify mechanical integration.
High efficiency
The helical gearing transmits power with low losses.
2-, 3- and 4-stage versions
The stage options cover ratios of up to i = 3240.
Applications
- Conveyor and material handling systems
- Mixer and agitator drives
- Packaging and filling machines
- Pump and fan drives
