The G500-B + M300 Bevel Geared Motor pairs a G500-B bevel gearbox with the Lenze Smart Motor M300 forming a compact and powerful drive for horizontal conveying tasks. The motor runs directly on the mains, and its five fixed speeds are set via smartphone to match the conveying task.
An integrated soft start function lets the drive accelerate gently. Because the electronic contactor and motor protection function are built into the motor, fewer external switching and protection components are needed and wiring is simplified. Shaft dimensions follow the market standard and flanges are standardized.
The right-angle G500-B bevel gearbox handles high permissible radial forces and offers closely stepped ratios with low backlash. The drive comes in 0.47 kW and 1.36 kW power ratings with output torques of 6 to 1200 Nm, and ratios up to i = 2935 in 2-, 3- and 4-stage designs.
