The G500-S + M500 + i550 motec integrates the IE3 M500 motor, a G500-S shaft-mounted helical gearbox and an on-motor i550 motec frequency inverter in a single package. The slim, space-saving unit slides straight onto the machine shaft and removes the need for a separate control-cabinet inverter where stepless speed adjustment is required.
Speed control through the integrated inverter makes the package universally applicable, from conveyors to agitators.
The G500-S shaft-mounted helical gearbox mounts directly on the machine shaft in a slim, space-saving housing, combining high radial load capacity with finely graded ratios and low backlash. Available in 2-, 3- and 4-stage versions, the series covers 0.25 … 7.5 kW and 6 … 4500 Nm, with ratios up to i = 4640.
