The g7x0-B/g8x0-B + m850 unites a Lenze g7x0 or g8x0 bevel planetary gearbox with an m850 synchronous servo motor to form a compact, very precise and flexibly mountable drive. Good concentricity and feedback via resolver or single-cable encoder allow axes to be positioned accurately. The right-angle bevel stage allows the unit to be mounted flexibly in confined machine layouts.
The g7x0 gearbox is the cost-effective choice for a wide range of servo tasks, while the g8x0 version reduces backlash further for higher accuracy. Lifetime lubrication keeps the gearbox maintenance-free in any mounting position, and the drive is matched for operation with Lenze servo inverters.
The m850 synchronous servo motor is designed for medium dynamics in a compact package, and a favourable ratio between load inertia and motor inertia makes the axis easy to control. The range covers 0.11 … 9.2 kW and output torques of 4.5 … 800 Nm.
