Lenze 8200 motec frequency inverters are built for decentralised drive tasks. These rugged units offer a high degree of protection and cover outputs from 0.25 to 7.5 kW.
Because the inverter is mounted on the machine frame right next to the motor, it stays easy to reach. Plug-in contacts separate the mains supply from the drive electronics, and for servicing the heatsink and all electronics are exchanged as one unit after loosening just four screws. Optional function modules let the 8200 motec be integrated precisely into the control and automation architecture of a machine or plant.
The 8200 motec is the decentralised counterpart of the 8200 vector cabinet inverter. Both share the same operation, diagnostics, functions and drive behaviour, which simplifies concepts that mix central and decentralised drives. Operation is via the Keypad XT or from a PC with the free GDC easy software.
