The Lenze i700 cabinet servo inverter is designed for dynamic motion control and multi-axis applications. Single-axis and double-axis devices are linked into one system and, together with the matching supply modules and Lenze controllers, form a sound basis for automation solutions.
Single-axis modules cover 0.75 to 15 kW and double-axis modules 0.75 to 7.5 kW; a double-axis unit is only 50 mm wide. The axis modules run on a DC supply of 260 to 775 V, with the mains connected centrally via the supply modules through the integrated DC-bus connection. Holding brake control, motor temperature monitoring and a resolver/multi-encoder input for motor feedback are standard, an autotuning function makes controller adjustment quick, and the Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function is built in. Communication runs over EtherCAT.
The supply modules connect to 3 AC 230, 400 or 480 V mains, provide rated DC-bus currents of 30 A and 60 A and have a brake resistor connection. For higher outputs from 22 kW upwards, the i950 cabinet servo inverter (up to 110 kW) can be used.
