Lenze MC series frequency inverters are housed in sturdy steel enclosures designed to withstand everyday conditions on the shop floor.
The enclosed units use V/f control for constant-torque loads and cover output ratings from ¼ hp to 150 hp (0.18 to 110 kW). They can be configured for anything from straightforward ramped start, ramped stop and speed control up to demanding tasks with PID set-point control and many additional functions.
Control wiring includes start/stop, an analog input and four digital inputs with two digital outputs, while serial communication is provided by 2-wire RS-485 Modbus RTU. A packaged dynamic braking option with control and resistors enables fast stopping or deceleration. The MC series belongs to Lenze's previous-generation inverter products.
