PGR PH/PB series industrial gearboxes are robust helical and bevel-helical units built for heavy-duty operation. They carry torques of up to 480000 Nm while standing out for quiet running and ease of maintenance.
Input and output shafts can be arranged in parallel or at 90°, and both foot and flange mounting are possible. With 3.5–4650 kW and ratios of 1.25–460, the series serves applications with high power demands. IEC and W inputs; solid shaft, hollow shaft or shrink disc outputs; and connections such as B5 flanges and torque arm platforms are available.
Rigid housings are made of ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or grey cast iron (GG 20-25), and the gears of forged 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
