The PGR PA/PF series comprises parallel-axis helical gearboxes for drive systems that need a broad ratio range and high output torque. Available as foot-mounted PA and flange-mounted PF versions, they deliver up to 26900 Nm.
The series spans 0.12–160 kW and output speeds of 0.1–1170 rpm. Motor-coupled, IEC, PAM, W and servo motor input options are offered, and several flange sizes can be selected for B5 connections. Rigid housings are made of ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or grey cast iron (GG 20-25), with gears of forged 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
