The PGR PD/PM series comprises parallel shaft-mounted helical gearboxes produced with either a hollow shaft or a solid output shaft. They are widely used in material handling, especially on conveyors and travel drives.

The series covers 0.12–200 kW, 4–97400 Nm and output speeds of 0.2–360 rpm. Options include motor-coupled, IEC, PAM, W and servo motor inputs; solid shaft, hollow shaft or shrink disc outputs; and mounting accessories such as B5 flanges, B14 flanges and rubber buffers.

Rigid housings are made of ductile iron (GGG 40-50) or grey cast iron (GG 20-25), and the gears of forged 21NiCrMo2 case-hardening steel.
