The Rehfuss N stainless steel motor is an asynchronous motor developed for applications where cleaning, hygiene, corrosion resistance and the avoidance of dirt-trapping edges matter. Its completely smooth body without cooling fins or a fan makes it harder for dirt and bacteria to settle and makes cleaning noticeably easier.
The motor can be washed with aggressive cleaning agents and withstands corrosion and aggressive media. Protection up to IP66, a special shaft seal, a painted rotor against internal rust, four condensate drains at 90° intervals and a laser-marked nameplate are designed for hygienic environments. It is suitable for frequency inverter operation, has IEC foot and flange dimensions and meets IEC, CE, CSA and UL standards.
Available in sizes 63, 71 and 90 up to 1.50 kW, the motor can be supplied in flange or foot design, as a 2- or 6-pole version and with higher power on request.
