Rehfuss PNH stainless steel planetary gearboxes are developed for food, pharmaceutical and beverage applications where hygiene is decisive. Their design is based on the criteria of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), applied consistently throughout.
The series can be cleaned quickly, efficiently and safely; thanks to the choice of materials it resists chemical cleaning agents and disinfectants and offers high corrosion resistance. A motor-specific mounting system lets different motor sizes be attached without dismantling the gearbox, while IP69K protection and the hygienic design remain intact.
With a 1.4404 stainless steel housing, NSF H1 approved food-grade lifetime lubrication, < 7–12 arcmin backlash and 90–92% efficiency, the PNH can be combined with Rehfuss SBE, SBH and N stainless steel motors.
